Orders with a promotional code that provides a discount on your order (excluding our 10% Welcome Offer) are eligible for in-store credit or exchange only.

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear must be tried on with underwear. The sanitary napkin must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or modified.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not refundable.

RETURNS

We recommend that you try on all items immediately upon receipt so that you can return them within the return period.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. niceovo.com assumes no responsibility for non-delivery of returned items. We recommend sending items by registered mail or with a tracked shipping system. Please return the product to us with tracking, as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer until the package is received by niceovo.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We strive to process refunds daily. However, it may take 3-5 business days to process your return. You will receive an email once we receive your returned item and another email after it has been processed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced in receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer service at support@niceovo.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The order cancellation period is three days.

The order processing period is 7-15 days from the date of order.
If the customer cancels the order before the delivery date and within the cancellation period specified on the website, the order may be canceled.
The goods must be new and unused. The original packaging, tags, accessories, etc. must be intact.
